The best time is at Bar Velo! It is a cute restaurant with a great atmosphere, cocktails and food. It is a 1930s-style bar located in a flatiron building on the corner of Broadway and Hooper just under the J/M/Z train at the Hewes stop in Brooklyn, NY. Place has a nice vintage decor. Sometimes they even have live concerts. The menu offers delicious, rustic Vegetarian small plates, craft beer and cocktails. Very interesting menu! Try lentil pate with truffle oil toast!
