The owner, being in this industry for over 10 years, opened this restaurant in 2017. His goal was to creare a place for plant-based eaters. And this restaurant will change your mind about plant-based Mexican cuisine if all you have is artificial meat and roasted Mexican food combos. It tastes great. You will not feeling like you ate 90 pounds of fried food. There’s no meat, no seafood, no dairy/eggs/honey/so on, all 100% vegan. Even some offerings are gluten free! Super delicious cocktails. Be sure to try the sauces in the three bottles they have at each table. Also there is a fun atmosphere.
