Vatan

Vatan is family owned restaurant since 1996. This restaurant offers excellent vegetarian Indian cuisine.  You first get a tray of appetizers and then a tray of entrees. It is also very nice of them to ask you how spicy you want your entrees. Surprisingly they have a list of wines and cocktails.  They also offer dessert at the end. The $35 price is ok according to the amount of food you’re getting. Atmosphere of this place is out of the world for New York City. It’s rustic Indian. The place itself is spacious. The food is all vegetarian.
